Job Summary:- We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer with solid experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, Generative AI and LLM-based solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, deploying and optimizing production-ready ML/GenAI applications.

Mandatory Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning / Data Science
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning & Deep Learning
- Strong experience in Generative AI / LLM
- Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Experience with LLM Fine-Tuning – LoRA / PEFT
- Strong understanding of Embeddings & Vector Databases




- Experience with FastAPI / Flask and REST APIs
- Experience in ML Model Deployment / Productionization
- Knowledge of MLflow / MLOps
- Exposure to AWS / Azure / GCP
- Strong understanding of model performance optimization and monitoring

- LLaMA / Mistral / Open-source LLMs
- vLLM / TGI
- Quantization
- AI Agents / Multi-Agent Systems
- Docker & Kubernetes
- Kafka / RabbitMQ

Note: VLM / Multimodal AI experience is not mandatory. Location preference: Candidates from Navi Mumbai / Ghansoli / Airoli / Koparkhairane / Thane who are comfortable working on-site are preferred.

Pay: ₹1,700,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
