ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The ideal candidate should have worked in organizations where AI/ML technologies are actively implemented in production environments, particularly in Document AI and intelligent automation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design, develop & deploy scalable AI/ML models for document processing and automation. Build end-to-end pipelines for data extraction, classification, and validation. Implement and integrate Document AI and OCR-based solutions. Develop LLM-driven applications using modern frameworks and orchestration tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-focused AI solutions. Optimize model performance, accuracy, and scalability in production environments. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies.

- Solid experience in production-grade AI/ML implementations. Expertise in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and Document AI. Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks and workflow orchestration. Candidates MUST have prior experience working exclusively with organisations that actively build, deploy, or productise AI/ML technologies. Experience at firms where AI/ML is a core business function — AI product companies, AI consulting firms, or enterprises with dedicated AI/ML centres of excellence — is required. Profiles from companies where AI/ML is merely incidental or experimental will not be considered. Robotic Process Automation (RPA) — MANDATORY Hands-on experience with Robotic Process Automation tools and platforms is mandatory.

Candidates should have designed, developed, or deployed RPA bots/workflows in production environments. Familiarity with leading RPA platforms (e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate) and integration of RPA with AI/ML pipelines is highly expected. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Mathematical Foundation Strong foundation in Linear Algebra, Probability, Statistics, and Optimisation (highly desirable). Production Experience Prior experience in real-world, production-grade AI/ML environments is required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Cloud AI Deployments Experience with large-scale AI deployments on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). NLP & OCR Strong background in NLP, OCR, and document automation workflows.

Model Optimisation

Experience with model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and evaluation techniques.

EDUCATION &

QUALIFICATIONS Degree Bachelor's or Master's in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
