Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior AI Engineer based in Bengaluru. The Senior AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI models and systems that solve complex business problems for STG Labs’ portfolio companies. Daily responsibilities include researching and implementing advanced algorithms, building and training machine learning and deep learning models, and optimizing solutions for scalability and performance.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, integrating AI components into production-grade software, conducting experiments and evaluations, and documenting architectures and workflows. The Senior AI Engineer will also mentor junior team members, contribute to technical best practices,



and stay current with emerging AI technologies and tools.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, system design, and coding in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Expertise in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, with experience in designing, training, and optimizing deep learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience building end-to-end AI solutions, from data collection and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring in production environments.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools for model versioning, CI/CD, and scalable deployment.
- Ability to work effectively in hybrid teams, communicate complex technical concepts clearly, and collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Prior experience in a senior or lead AI/ML role, including mentoring other engineers and influencing technical direction.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
