Role Description The Senior Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. This role involves guiding prospective learners through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, conducting campus orientations, and explaining program structures, entry requirements, and career outcomes.

The Senior Admissions

Counselor will manage follow-ups with leads, conduct consultations and counseling sessions, and support applicants with documentation and enrollment procedures. The role includes collaborating with academic and administrative teams to coordinate admissions timelines,



participating in outreach events, and contributing to the development of admissions materials and processes. The counselor is expected to maintain accurate records, meet enrollment targets, and uphold a high standard of applicant experience.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal communication and general communication skills to engage effectively with prospective learners, families, and colleagues.
- Proven customer service skills to provide timely, respectful, and solution-oriented support throughout the admissions journey.
- Sales-related skills, including lead nurturing, consultative selling, and conversion-focused follow-up, to meet enrollment goals ethically and transparently.
- Experience or knowledge in education, academic counseling, or training environments to explain programs and learning outcomes clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Marketing, Counseling, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area and manage multiple inquiries and applications in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills, with proficiency in basic office software and CRM or admissions systems.
- Prior experience in admissions, student counseling, or education sales, preferably in creative or media-related programs, is an advantage.
