Role Description The Senior Admissions Counselor is a full-time, remote role responsible for guiding prospective learners through the admissions process for partner institutions and programs. This position manages inquiries, conducts informational calls or virtual meetings, and provides clear, accurate guidance on program offerings, admission requirements, and enrollment timelines.

The counselor evaluates applicant profiles, advises on suitable programs, and supports candidates in completing applications and required documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining detailed records in admissions systems, following up with prospects, collaborating with internal teams and partner institutions, and meeting enrollment and service-quality targets.



The role also involves contributing to outreach initiatives, refining admissions workflows, and providing feedback to improve the overall candidate experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to engage effectively with diverse prospective students and institutional partners.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to deliver responsive, empathetic, and solutions-focused support throughout the admissions process.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to manage pipelines, conduct enrollment conversations, and help candidates make informed decisions that align with their goals.

- Relevant qualifications include experience in admissions, recruitment, academic advising, or counseling, preferably in higher education or professional training environments.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency with CRM or admissions management systems, robust organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Education, Counseling, Communications, Business, or Human Resources is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
