We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage and oversee daily accounting tasks, lead the finance function, and ensure absolute accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP (FI), end-to-end statutory taxation (GST &

- TDS), import-export documentation, and the finalization of company accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Core Accounting &
- SAP:

Perform daily accounting operations and ensure timely, accurate entries in SAP (FI). Record purchase bills, expenses, and journal entries.

- Finalization of Accounts: Take ownership of the year-end and periodic closing processes, including the preparation of the Balance Sheet and Profit &

- Loss (P&L;) statements

- Taxation &

- Compliance:

- Handle end-to-end GST compliance, including data reconciliation and the filing of monthly/quarterly returns.

- Oversee TDS compliance, manage monthly payment schedules, and ensure accurate filing of quarterly TDS returns.

- Import &

- Export Accounting:

Handle complex import and export accounting, ensuring strict adherence to cross-border documentation and regulatory compliance.

- Financial Control &

- Reconciliation:

Conduct regular ledger scrutiny, maintain accurate books of accounts, and perform rigorous bank, vendor, and party reconciliations.

- Working Capital Management: Review vendor bills, process payments, track outstanding dues,



and prepare/monitor comprehensive debtor and creditor ageing reports.

- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and review the work of the junior accounting team to ensure accuracy and meet deadlines.

- Audit &

- Coordination:

Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams, management, and statutory auditors for smooth audit completion.

Qualification &

- Experience

- Education: B.Com / M.Com, Inter-CA, Inter-CMA, or an equivalent degree in Accounting/Finance.

- Experience: 5+ years of core corporate accounting experience, with a proven track record in handling GST/TDS returns, finalization, and team leadership.
