We are looking for a hands-on Accounts & Finance Executive who can own day-to-day finance operations end-to-end. This is a high-trust, execution-heavy role with direct visibility into company cash flows, collections, and financial health.

You will work closely with the founder and be responsible for ensuring that the company’s finances run smoothly, compliances are met, and collections are tightly managed. Key Responsibilities:

- Accounting & Compliance

Manage day-to-day accounting (bookkeeping, entries, ledgers)

Handle GST filings, reconciliations, and compliance

Manage TDS filings and related documentation

Coordinate with the external CA for audits and statutory compliance

- Payroll & Banking

Process monthly payroll and ensure accuracy

Manage bank accounts, payments, and vendor disbursements

Track expenses and maintain financial discipline

- Invoicing & Collections (Critical)

Raise and send invoices to clients on time





Track receivables and follow up for payments

Reconcile client accounts and resolve discrepancies

Communicate with clients for pending invoices and closures

- MIS & Financial Reporting

Prepare monthly MIS reports

Track cash flows, burn rate, and runway

Provide explicit answers on the financial position at any time

Support the founder with ad-hoc financial queries and analysis Requirements: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred

4–6 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance operations

Strong working knowledge of

- GST, TDS, and compliance processes
- Accounting tools (Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks)

Excel (must be comfortable with data handling and reporting)

Experience in handling invoicing and collections independently

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup or SME environment
