Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, taxation, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience with accounting software and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, journal entries, and bank transactions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations on a regular basis.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and MIS.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements and ensure timely filing and payments.
- Assist in preparation of profit & loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial reports.
- Monitor receivables and payables and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Verify invoices, bills, expense claims, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary schedules, documents, and explanations during audits.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and financial analysis.




- Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure all financial records are organized and up to date.
- Work closely with internal teams, vendors, customers, banks, auditors, and external consultants as required.

Required Skills
- 57 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards and accounting principles.
- Good working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
- Hands-on experience with Tally / ERP / SAP / Oracle or other accounting software.
- Robust knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic financial analysis.
- Good understanding of financial statements and reconciliation processes.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in end-to-end accounting, month-end closing, taxation, audit coordination, MIS reporting, and financial reconciliation will be preferred.
