Monoskin is looking to hire an energetic accountant in their expanding team.
This role is open for immediate hiring.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department for real estate projects.
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
- Proper Knowledge of GST
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Ensure timely cheque / bank payments
- Payment collection and payment follow -ups from clients
- Annual audit process with external auditors
- Monitor and analyse accounting data to produce accurate and timely financial reports.
