Key Responsibilities

- Accounting Operations: Perform day-to-day accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions. Review of work performed by others. Adept in balance sheet reconciliation.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate Weekly/monthly/yearly financial statements, balance sheets / management reports
- Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax), company policies, and assist with internal/external audits.
- Budgeting & Analysis: Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and expense variance analysis.
- Treasury & Cash Management: Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and working capital.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and manage finance/accounting staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
