About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accountant to manage our day-to-day accounting and financial activities. The candidate should be hands-on, detail-oriented and capable of taking ownership of the complete accounting function.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain complete and accurate accounts in Tally
- Handle daily sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments and invoices
- Maintain customer and vendor ledgers and perform bank/ledger reconciliations
- Prepare monthly sales, purchase, expense, P&L;, cash flow and outstanding reports
- Track salesperson-wise sales and calculate commissions/incentives
- Manage salary calculations, attendance, leave/LOP, incentives and employee advances
- Maintain vendor accounts, track outstanding payments and prepare payment schedules
- Coordinate and follow up with the company's GST/CA team and provide required documents/data
- Assist with stock reconciliation and retail-related accounting
- Maintain records and coordinate with CA/auditors for year-end accounts
- Identify discrepancies and ensure accounts are accurate and up to date
- Provide timely financial information and MIS reports to management





GST returns and statutory filings are handled by the company's existing GST/CA team.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related field
- 4+ years of relevant accounting experience preferred
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally and Excel
- Good knowledge of accounting, GST/TDS and reconciliations
- Experience with payroll, vendor payments and MIS reporting
- Retail/trading/business accounting experience preferred
- Positive communication, follow-up and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy, integrity and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and take ownership

Ideal Candidate A reliable, proactive and detail-oriented accountant who can independently manage day-to-day accounts, prepare management reports, identify discrepancies and ensure timely completion of accounting activities. Experience in retail, trading, furnishing, interiors, showroom or other product-based businesses will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
