Job Responsibilities

- Handle branch-wise accounting and daily accounting entries.

- Manage bank entries and bank reconciliation.

- Reconcile cash, bank and GPay, Paytm, Swiggy & other digital payments.

- Verify sales, purchases, expenses, receipts and payments.

- Maintain ledgers and complete day-to-day accounts without pending entries.

- Prepare branch-wise reports and MIS.

- Handle GST, TDS and other basic accounting requirements.

- Coordinate with branches and resolve accounting discrepancies.

- Support month-end closing and audit requirements.

Qualification & Skills

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or related qualification.

- 36 years of accounting experience.

- Experience in retail / multi-branch accounting preferred.

- Good knowledge of Tally and MS Excel(Advanced).

- Solid knowledge of reconciliation and day-to-day accounting.

- Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
