We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accountant / Accounts Manager to independently manage the complete accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial operations for our business partners and production house.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of accounting and taxation, take complete ownership of financial records, ensure timely statutory compliance, and be capable of managing multiple accounts and entities efficiently. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and external professionals while supporting management with accurate financial information and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage end-to-end accounting for multiple business entities, including P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and ledgers.
- Handle GST compliance and reconciliation, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B, and related requirements.
- Manage TDS calculations, payments, returns, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
- Handle bank reconciliation, vendor payments, receivables, payables, and cash flow management.
- Manage accounting related to production expenses, purchases, vendors, job work, and operational costs.
- Monitor expenses and financial transactions to identify discrepancies and prevent financial leakages.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, management reports, and financial statements.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, tax consultants, and other professionals for audits, taxation, and statutory requirements.




- Ensure timely completion of statutory filings, compliance, and documentation.
- Maintain proper records and documentation to ensure the business remains audit-ready at all times.
- Assist management with financial analysis, budgeting, costing, and decision-making.
- Manage and supervise a small accounts team, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of daily accounting activities.
- Handle multiple entities/accounts with a high level of confidentiality, ownership, and attention to detail.

Requirements
- 4–5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
- Solid practical knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation.
- Hands-on experience with Tally and Zoho.
- Experience managing accounts independently for multiple entities or businesses will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of production accounting, costing, vendor payments, and expense management is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Ability to manage a small team and coordinate effectively with management, vendors, auditors, and consultants.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of accounting and compliance functions.
