Role Description The Senior Account Manager role at CTF Global Forwarding is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. This role is responsible for managing key customer accounts, overseeing the end-to-end coordination of freight forwarding activities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining strong client relationships, handling inquiries and escalations, preparing quotations, monitoring shipments, and collaborating with operations and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of services.

Manager will also identify opportunities for account growth, support pricing and negotiation,



and contribute to process improvements that enhance service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong account management and client relationship skills, including experience handling key or strategic accounts.
- Solid knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics operations across sea, air, and land transportation.
- Proficiency in negotiation, pricing discussions, and contract management with customers and vendors.
- Competence in using MS Office and logistics-related software or ERP tools for documentation, reporting, and tracking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Prior experience in a similar role within freight forwarding or logistics; senior-level experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving business setting.
