We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our team as Semi-Voice Process Executives. The role involves handling customer queries through a combination of voice calls, emails, chats, and other digital communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through calls, chat, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries.
- Make outbound calls when required for customer follow-ups.
- Maintain proper communication and documentation of customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers and ensure timely resolution of their concerns.
- Maintain customer records and update required information in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.




- Meet assigned productivity, quality, and customer service targets.
- Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.

Skills Required:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good English communication is preferred.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask between calls and written communication.
- Positive listening and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.

Candidate Profile
- Female candidates preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with 03 years of experience can apply.
- Candidates with experience in BPO, Customer Support, Semi-Voice, Telecalling, Chat Support, or Voice Process will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Work Details: Salary: 1,50,000 – 2,00,000 per annum

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Rotational
