We are seeking a qualified and experienced Company Secretary & Compliance Officer to oversee corporate secretarial functions and ensure compliance with the RBI, the Companies Act, and other applicable regulations.
- Key Responsibilities: RBI & NBFC Compliance, MCA/ROC filings, SEBI/FEMA compliance (if applicable), and ensuring overall statutory adherence under the Companies Act, 2013.
- Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of experience in the NBFC/BFSI sector.
- Eligibility: Semi-qualified CS
- Salary / CTC: No Bar for Right Candidate
- Job Type: Full-time
