Job Overview

We are looking for Seller Support Executives to handle seller queries through chat support. The role involves assisting sellers with account, order, and process-related concerns while ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle seller queries through chat support.
- Resolve account, order, and process-related issues efficiently.
- Provide accurate information based on process guidelines.
- Maintain professional and clear written communication.
- Ensure a positive seller experience through effective query resolution.
- Meet defined quality and productivity standards.

Eligibility

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Graduate candidates preferred.
- Strong written communication skills in English.




- Good typing and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer service or chat support experience will be an advantage.
