Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage the security guards and daily security operations.
- Monitor entry and exit of guests, staff, vendors, and vehicles.
- Conduct regular rounds and ensure proper security coverage across the property.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activity immediately.
- Maintain security registers, incident reports, and daily duty records.
- Ensure proper access control and visitor management.
- Handle emergency situations, fire incidents, theft, disputes, and other security-related issues.
- Coordinate with hotel management and local authorities when required.
- Ensure security guards follow their assigned duties, grooming standards, and hotel policies.
- Conduct regular checks of parking areas, guest areas, back-of-house areas, and other sensitive locations.
- Train and brief security staff regarding safety and security procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
