Title: Security Tool Management Specialist

Location: PAN India (Remote)

Experience: 4+ years

Notice Period: Preferred immediate to early joiners max 30 days

About the Role:

We are looking for a Security Tool Management Specialist who will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, administration, and optimization of a broad portfolio of cybersecurity, GRC, and data-security platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across vulnerability management, XDR/SIEM, GRC/risk platforms, data governance, PAM, and endpoint security tools, and will play a key role in strengthening the organization's overall security posture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer, configure, and maintain the organization's security tool stack to ensure optimal performance and coverage.
- Monitor, tune, and optimize security tools to reduce false positives and improve detection/response efficiency.
- Manage vulnerability scanning, remediation tracking, and reporting across the environment.
- Configure and maintain GRC workflows, risk registers, and compliance dashboards.
- Manage data governance, classification, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies.
- Administer privileged access management (PAM) solutions, including credential vaulting and session management.
- Oversee endpoint detection and response (EDR/XDR) tool configuration, policy tuning, and incident triage.
- Manage email/phishing security and threat protection solutions.
- Support integration between security tools (SIEM/XDR correlation, log ingestion, API integrations).
- Collaborate with SOC, IT, and compliance teams to ensure tools are aligned with organizational security policies and audit requirements.




- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and metrics to leadership on tool performance, coverage gaps, and risk exposure.
- Stay current with product updates, patches, and new features across the tool stack, and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed.
- Assist in vendor management, license renewals, and tool evaluation activities.

Mandatory Technical Skills (Hands-on Experience Required): Candidates must have demonstrable working experience with all of the following tools/platforms:

1. Tenable (Vulnerability Management)
2. Cisco XDR
3. 6Clicks (GRC)
4. ProcessUnity (Third-Party Risk / GRC)
5. Microsoft Purview (Data Governance & Compliance)
6. Asgard
7. Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM)
8. Proofpoint (Email Security)
9. Delinea Secret Server (PAM)
10. CrowdStrike (suite) (EDR/XDR)
11. WitnessAI

Note: Candidates without hands-on, verifiable experience across the above tools will not be considered for this role.

Required Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience in security tool administration, security operations, or a related cybersecurity engineering role.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong understanding of vulnerability management, SIEM/XDR operations, GRC frameworks, data governance, and PAM concepts.
- Experience integrating and correlating data across multiple security platforms.
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently across a distributed/remote team structure (Pan India role).
