Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all personnel, assets, and operations within the plant environment. This role entails the development and implementation of comprehensive security strategies that safeguard company resources while promoting a culture of safety and compliance.

The Plant Security

Head oversees all security operations, including risk assessment, incident response, and the maintenance of safety protocols, ensuring that all security measures align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelors degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications such as Certified Skilled (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP), or Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE) are advantageous.
- 8 years of experience in security management, within industrial or manufacturing organizations.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing security protocols, conducting risk assessments, and managing security operations.
