Role Description The Security Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Rampur Naikin, responsible for overseeing day-to-day security operations and personnel at client locations. The role includes supervising security guards, ensuring adherence to security protocols, conducting regular patrols and inspections, and monitoring access control and incident response procedures.

Supervisor will coordinate with clients and internal teams to address security concerns, prepare reports, and support risk mitigation measures.



This role also involves guiding and training security staff, maintaining discipline and skilled standards, and ensuring compliance with PSAS policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and staff training.
- Candidates should possess sound physical security skills, including access control, surveillance, incident handling, and emergency response.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to coordinate with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess customer service skills, including a client-focused approach, problem-solving abilities, and professional behavior in all interactions.
- Candidates should possess operations management skills, including scheduling, documentation, reporting, and adherence to procedures.
- Relevant experience in security supervision, law enforcement, or facility protection is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of local security regulations and basic computer skills for reporting and documentation are preferred.
- Ability to work in shifts, remain alert, and manage high-pressure situations with integrity and reliability is required.
