Role Description The Security Guard role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru.

The Security

Guard will be responsible for safeguarding company premises, monitoring entry and exit points, and ensuring only authorized individuals access designated areas. Daily tasks include conducting regular security patrols, reporting and documenting security incidents, and responding promptly to alarms or emergencies. The role also involves assisting visitors and clients with directions, maintaining a professional presence at gates or reception areas, and coordinating with management and local authorities when necessary.

Guard is expected to follow established safety procedures, support personnel and property protection, and contribute to a secure environment for staff, customers, and assets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Physical Security and Private Security skills for protecting premises, assets, and access points.
- Candidates should possess Personnel Security skills to support the safety of employees, visitors, and contractors on-site.
- Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and colleagues.
- Previous experience in security, facility protection, or real estate site security is beneficial.
- Ability to remain alert for extended periods, handle stressful situations calmly, and follow security protocols and instructions.
- Basic knowledge of emergency response procedures and incident reporting; familiarity with CCTV and access control systems is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by site operations.
- High school education or equivalent; relevant security training, certifications, or license (if applicable by local regulations) are preferred.
