Role Description This is a full-time, in office Secretary/Executive Assistant role based in Mumbai. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative and executive support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel and accommodations, and preparing expense reports. The Secretary/EA will maintain organized filing systems, handle correspondence, draft and review documents, and support the leadership team with day-to-day operational tasks.
Responsibilities also include coordinating internal and external communications, assisting with meeting preparation and follow-up, and ensuring smooth office operations.
The ideal candidate will act as a reliable point of contact for executives, partners, and clients, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management and coordination of meetings and travel.
- Candidates should possess skills in Expense Reports and Executive Support, including preparing documentation, maintaining records, and supporting senior leadership with daily tasks.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, professional email etiquette, and the ability to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration or a related field, and prior experience in an executive assistant or secretary role, preferably in hospitality, healthcare, or luxury services, will be beneficial.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, work in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a proactive, service-oriented approach will be advantageous.
