About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Manager with 3–6 years of experience in developing and executing organic search strategies that drive traffic, improve search engine rankings, and increase lead generation. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, content strategy, keyword research, and performance analytics. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with content, design, development, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and website performance.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, metadata, internal linking, and site architecture for improved search rankings.
- Perform regular technical SEO audits, identifying and resolving issues related to crawlability, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals,



mobile usability, and structured data.
- Lead on-page and off-page SEO initiatives, including backlink acquisition and authority-building strategies.
- Partner with content teams to create SEO-driven content calendars and optimize existing content for organic performance.
- Monitor website performance using analytics and SEO tools, preparing actionable reports and insights for stakeholders.
- Track and analyze key SEO metrics, including keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, click-through rates, and user engagement.
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes, SEO best practices, and emerging industry trends.
- Work closely with developers, UX teams, and digital marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations.
- Support website migrations, redesigns, and recent feature launches by ensuring SEO best practices are followed.
