About the Role

Nova Spark Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist who can manage and improve the organic visibility of websites across search engines.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of On-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Off-Page SEO, Keyword Research, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics .

Key Responsibilities

- Perform keyword research and identify ranking opportunities.
- Implement On-Page SEO , including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, and content optimization.
- Conduct basic Technical SEO audits and identify website issues.
- Manage Off-Page SEO and link-building activities .
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and website performance.
- Set up and monitor Google Search Console and Google Analytics .
- Conduct competitor and SERP analysis.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports.
- Work with content and development teams to implement SEO recommendations.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices .
- Explore contemporary search strategies including AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)



and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) .

Required Skills
- Good understanding of SEO fundamentals.
- Knowledge of On-Page, Technical, and Off-Page SEO .
- Experience with keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Basic knowledge of Google Search Console & Google Analytics .
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, or similar tools .
- Basic understanding of WordPress is an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
