Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research using tools such as Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, or similar platforms.
- Perform on-page SEO activities including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URL optimization, internal linking, image optimization, and content optimization.
- Conduct website audits and identify SEO issues affecting search engine rankings and website performance.
- Handle off-page SEO activities including link building, directory submissions, business listings, guest posting, and other white-hat SEO techniques.
- Research competitors and analyze their SEO strategies, keywords, backlinks, and content performance.
- Optimize website content based on targeted keywords and search intent.
- Work closely with content writers to create SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, website content,



and other digital assets.
- Monitor website rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, and keyword performance.
- Track and analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve organic search visibility and generate qualified website traffic.
- Perform regular competitor and market research to identify new keyword and content opportunities.
- Monitor and maintain backlinks and identify potentially harmful or low-quality links.
- Assist with local SEO activities such as Google Business Profile optimization, local citations, and location-based keyword targeting.
- Implement SEO best practices according to current search engine guidelines.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, industry changes, and competitor activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.
- Collaborate with developers, content writers, designers, and digital marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations.
- Support the SEO team in improving website authority, keyword rankings, traffic, and overall online visibility.

Required Skills
- 6 Months – 1 Year of practical experience in SEO.
- Good understanding of SEO fundamentals and search engine algorithms.
- Knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and basic Technical SEO.
- Experience with keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, Google Keyword Planner, or similar platforms.




- Understanding of link-building strategies and off-page SEO techniques.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and website structure is an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze SEO data and prepare performance reports.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working on multiple websites or SEO projects.
- Knowledge of WordPress and basic website management.
- Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile.
- Understanding of technical SEO concepts such as sitemap, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects, page speed, and mobile optimization.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager.
- Basic understanding of content marketing and search intent.
- Knowledge of competitor backlink analysis.
- Experience with SEO reporting and performance tracking.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Candidates with a degree or certification in Digital Marketing, SEO, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field will be preferred.
