Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Bhubaneswar for a Search Engine Optimization Executive. The role involves conducting keyword research to identify high-value search opportunities, implementing on-page SEO best practices across website content and structure, and executing link-building strategies to improve domain authority and organic visibility. The SEO Executive will perform regular SEO audits to identify technical and content-related issues, track performance metrics, and recommend data-driven improvements.

Day-to-day responsibilities also include collaborating with content and design teams, coordinating with social media marketing efforts, staying updated on search engine algorithms, and preparing clear performance reports for internal stakeholders.

We’re looking for a SEO Executive who is passionate about search, content, and organic growth.

What you’ll be doing

Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis

Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking

Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and SEO performance

Work with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog

Identify technical and content SEO opportunities

Support link-building and content optimization initiatives

Prepare regular SEO performance reports

What we’re looking for

1–2 years of hands-on SEO experience

Good understanding of on-page, off-page & technical SEO

Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics

Basic understanding of keyword research and SEO tools

Strong analytical and communication skills

Curiosity to learn, experiment, and stay updated with SEO trends
