Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Search Engine Optimization Executive based in Gurugram. The role involves conducting keyword research, optimizing website content and pages for search engines, and implementing on-page SEO best practices. The SEO Executive will perform regular SEO audits, monitor rankings and traffic, and identify opportunities to improve organic visibility.

Day-to-day responsibilities also include planning and executing link-building campaigns, coordinating with content and marketing teams, and supporting social media marketing efforts to enhance overall digital presence.



The position requires regular performance reporting and staying updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in keyword research and SEO audits to identify opportunities and issues.
- Candidates should possess solid on-page SEO skills, including meta tags, content optimization, internal linking, and technical SEO basics.
- Candidates should possess effective link-building skills, including outreach, backlink analysis, and adherence to ethical SEO practices.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in social media marketing to support overall organic growth and brand visibility.
- Good analytical skills with proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar).
- Solid written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in real estate or property-related digital marketing is an advantage.
