About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented SEO Off-Page Executive / Specialist who can manage and execute off-page SEO activities for multiple client websites.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in quality link building, blogger outreach, guest posting, competitor backlink analysis, local citations, digital PR, and off-page SEO strategy.

You will work closely with the SEO and content teams to improve website authority, backlink quality, organic rankings, and overall search visibility.

Key Responsibilities

1. Link Building

- Plan and execute high-quality off-page SEO campaigns.
- Build relevant and authoritative backlinks through:
- Guest posting
- Blogger outreach
- Niche edits
- Resource link building
- Business listings
- Local citations
- Brand mentions
- Digital PR
- Focus on relevance, authority, traffic, and link quality rather than simply increasing backlink numbers.
- Maintain a healthy and natural backlink profile.

2. Competitor Backlink Research

- Analyze competitors' backlink profiles.
- Identify websites linking to competitors but not to our clients.
- Find new link-building opportunities.
- Analyze competitors' referring domains, anchor text, and link strategies.

3. Blogger & Website Outreach

- Research relevant websites, blogs, publications, and influencers.
- Find appropriate outreach opportunities based on niche and website authority.
- Contact website owners, bloggers, and publishers.
- Negotiate guest posts and link placements.
- Maintain an outreach database and follow-up schedule.

4. Local SEO & Citations

- Create and optimize relevant business listings and local citations.
- Maintain NAP consistency.
- Identify industry-specific and location-specific directories.
- Support Google Business Profile off-page activities when required.

5. Brand Building





- Identify opportunities for:
- Brand mentions
- PR placements
- Industry publications
- Forums and communities
- Expert contributions
- Q&A; platforms
- Help increase brand visibility and authority across relevant platforms.

6. Backlink Audit

- Regularly monitor existing backlinks.
- Identify toxic, spammy, irrelevant, or suspicious links.
- Maintain backlink tracking sheets.
- Report lost and newly acquired backlinks.
- Support backlink cleanup/disavow processes when required.

7. Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare weekly and monthly off-page SEO reports.
- Track:
- New backlinks
- Referring domains
- Domain authority/strength
- Link quality
- Anchor text
- Lost backlinks
- Outreach progress
- Competitor backlink opportunities
- Maintain proper documentation for every client campaign.

Required Skills

- Valuable understanding of Off-Page SEO and Link Building
- Practical knowledge of Google Search Console
- Knowledge of backlink analysis tools such as:
- Ahrefs
- Semrush
- Moz
- Experience with blogger/website outreach
- Competitor backlink research
- Good understanding of anchor text strategy
- Understanding of DoFollow/Nofollow/Sponsored/UGC links
- Knowledge of local citations and business directories
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Positive written communication skills

What We Don't Want We are not looking for someone who only does bulk directory submissions or creates low-quality backlinks.
