We are seeking an experienced and technically competent Seal Support Systems Division Manager to lead the customer-focused execution of both standardized and customized seal support systems. This role demands in-depth technical understanding of API 682 systems (Plan 53A/B/C, Plan 54), pressure vessels, cooling and lubrication systems, and related components like flow meters, heat exchangers, and accessories.

The ideal candidate will manage the entire order execution lifecycle from engineering review and customer interfacing to manufacturing coordination and system delivery ensuring performance, compliance, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Order Execution Project Management:

Lead and manage the execution of all customer orders for seal support systems, including water-based and oil-based pressure vessels.

Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, procurement, production, QA, testing) to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

Manage documentation and compliance as per API 682, ASME, PED, CE and other applicable standards.

Technical Engineering Oversight:

Review customer specifications and ensure correct selection and configuration of seal support systems (Plan 53A, 53B, 53C, Plan 54, etc.).

Approve general arrangement drawings, PIDs, and datasheets for customized systems.

Provide technical support to the design team and validate engineered solutions.

Customer Interface Support:

Act as the primary technical and execution point of contact for customers during the lifecycle of an order.

Coordinate and lead design reviews, FATs (Factory Acceptance Tests), and system handovers.

Ensure customer expectations are met with regard to functionality, quality, and delivery.





Manufacturing Supply Chain Coordination:

Oversee fabrication/welding, assembly, and testing of support systems including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and related accessories.

Liaise with vendors for critical components and ensure material availability as per BOMs and timelines.

Team Management Development:

Lead a team of engineers and project coordinators; guide their professional development and performance.

Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and safety in execution processes.

Qualifications Experience

Education: Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master s preferred).

Experience: 5 8 years in the field of rotating equipment systems, fluid handling systems, or related process equipment, with at least 3 years in a managerial/execution role.

Strong knowledge of seal support systems, API 682 Plans, and pressure system engineering.

Experience in pressure vessel design, heat transfer components, flow instrumentation, and piping systems.

Familiarity with design and business systems such as CAD, PDM, and SAP/ERP.

Strong project management, customer handling, and team leadership capabilities.

Knowledge of applicable codes and standards (API, ASME, PED, ISO).

Lead a specialized division at a fast-growing engineering firm.

Contribute to the execution of complex, high-performance fluid systems.
