Responsibilities

Accountability

Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Remove impediments and roadblocks to team progress.

Work closely with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and prioritize user stories

Act as a bridge between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication

Provide regular updates to stakeholders on team progress and delivery timelines.





Encourage the team to reflect on performance and adopt actionable improvements.

Identify and address challenges in scaling Agile practices where necessary.

Scope

Ensure that ceremonies are productive and align with Agile principles.

Act as a coach to guide the team in Agile/Scrum best practices.

Promote an environment of experimentation, feedback, and learning.

Advocate for Agile values and principles within the organization.

Track team performance through Agile metrics such as velocity and burn-down charts.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Business, or a related field.

Experience: 5+ Years of proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role.

Hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks.

Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certifications.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Empathy and the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
