About CloudiQS

CloudiQS is an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner helping customers build, migrate, secure, optimise and operate workloads on AWS.

We are looking for an experienced AWS Project Manager / Scrum Master to take operational ownership of customer projects across the full lifecycle, from growth and pre-delivery planning through technical delivery, project completion and ongoing customer success.

This is not a Scrum Master role focused only on ceremonies.

We need someone who can bring structure, accountability and pace across our sales, AWS, engineering and customer-facing teams.

The Role

You will sit at the centre of our Growth → Delivery → Customer Success operating model.

Once an opportunity begins moving towards delivery, you will make sure the right people, scope, milestones, documentation and customer expectations are aligned.

You will coordinate AWS engineers, architects, sales/growth colleagues, AWS stakeholders and customers to keep projects moving and ensure commitments are delivered.

You will be expected to know at any point:

- What projects are active
- What stage each project is at
- What needs to happen next
- Who owns each action
- Whether delivery is on schedule
- What engineers are working on
- What has actually been delivered
- What risks or blockers exist
- What the customer is waiting for
- What needs escalating
- What happens after delivery

Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management

Own AWS customer projects from handover through completion.

Create and maintain project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies and deadlines.

Coordinate AWS architects, cloud engineers, DevOps engineers and other technical resources.

Run project kick-offs, daily/weekly delivery meetings, stand-ups and sprint reviews where appropriate.

Track engineer activities, timesheets and deliverables against agreed project scope.

Make sure projects do not drift beyond agreed timelines or scope.

Identify blockers early and drive them through to resolution.

Maintain RAID logs covering risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.

Ensure Jira and project documentation remain accurate and current.

Growth → Delivery Handover

Work closely with the Growth and Sales teams before projects begin.

Understand what has been promised to the customer and translate this into a structured delivery plan.

Confirm scope, objectives, commercial assumptions, timelines, resources and expected outcomes before delivery starts.

Ensure there is a clean handover from opportunity to project rather than information being lost between teams.

Coordinate where required with AWS account teams and partner stakeholders.

Customer Management

Be a consistent operational point of contact for customers during delivery.

Set transparent expectations around timelines,



actions and responsibilities.

Provide regular project status updates.

Make sure customer actions and dependencies are followed up rather than left outstanding.

Handle difficult conversations professionally when timelines, scope or dependencies change.

Ensure customers always understand what has been completed, what is happening now and what happens next.

Customer Success

Delivery does not finish when the technical project closes.

Work with the team to ensure successful handover into ongoing support, managed services, optimisation or future AWS initiatives where appropriate.

Track agreed customer outcomes and follow-up actions.

Coordinate post-project reviews and customer feedback.

Identify risks to customer satisfaction early.

Help maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure commitments made by CloudiQS are followed through.

Agile / Scrum Leadership

Run practical Agile processes appropriate to the project rather than Agile for the sake of Agile.

Manage sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog reviews and delivery reviews where appropriate.

Hold owners accountable for actions and deadlines.

Create visibility across multiple concurrent projects.

Challenge unclear ownership, missed deadlines and poorly defined deliverables.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, commercially aware and comfortable working with technical teams and customers.

You should have

- Strong experience in IT, cloud or software project management
- Experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager or Scrum Master
- Good understanding of AWS and cloud delivery projects
- Experience managing technical engineers and cross-functional teams
- Strong Jira or equivalent project management experience
- Experience managing multiple customer projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Confidence dealing directly with customers
- Ability to challenge teams constructively and hold people accountable
- Ability to identify risks before they become delivery problems
- Strong ownership mentality

Desirable

Experience working for an AWS Partner, MSP, cloud consultancy or professional services organisation would be highly valuable.

Pay: ₹546,697.54 - ₹1,870,453.27 per year
