Responsible for providing scrub assistance during cardiac and surgical procedures, maintaining strict aseptic and sterile techniques, preparing instruments and consumables, assisting doctors during procedures, and ensuring proper instrument and count protocols. Maintain procedure-room readiness and comply with infection prevention, patient safety, and hospital quality standards.
Key Skills: Scrub & aseptic techniques, cardiac/OT procedures, instrument handling, surgical safety checklist, infection control, emergency preparedness and teamwork.
Pay: ₹10,635.80 - ₹28,000.00 per month
