Role Description The Script Writer – Short-Form & Video Content will be responsible for developing engaging scripts for short-form videos, social media content, brand campaigns, and educational content focused on Ayurveda and wellness. This full-time hybrid role is based in Jodhpur, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. Day-to-day activities include researching topics, conceptualizing video ideas, writing clear and compelling scripts,



and adapting messaging for various digital platforms.

The role involves collaborating with marketing, video production, and creative teams to align scripts with brand guidelines, product positioning, and campaign objectives.

The Script

Writer will also revise content based on feedback, optimize scripts for audience engagement, and stay updated on trends in short-form video and digital content.

Qualifications

- Strong scriptwriting skills for short-form, social media, and branded video content, including experience with Scripting.
- Ability to develop Screenplays and structured narratives for video series, product stories, and educational content.
- Proficiency in Video Production collaboration, including understanding of shot breakdowns, pacing, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent Writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms.
- Advanced command of written English; knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Ayurveda, wellness, or healthcare content is preferred, or willingness to learn these domains quickly.
- Strong research, creativity, and attention to detail, with the ability to work to deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, Literature, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
