We’re looking for a Short-Form Content Scriptwriter — Instagram & YouTube who can turn ideas and research into compelling scripts that make people stop scrolling, keep watching, build trust, and eventually become leads.

This is a direct-response content role. We’re looking for someone who understands that a good script is not just informative — it needs to capture attention, create curiosity, deliver value, and naturally connect with the audience’s problems.

Your Responsibilities




- Turn research and content ideas into engaging short-form scripts
- Write strong hooks that capture attention within the first few seconds
- Structure scripts for retention and watch time
- Simplify complex software and business concepts
- Use storytelling, curiosity, and open loops effectively
- Create natural calls-to-action that encourage viewers to take the next step
- Collaborate with the content researcher and video editor
- Revise scripts based on feedback and content performance
