Role & responsibilities

- Adherence to CGMP (current positive manufacturing practices) and safety practice.
- Sourcing for the potential vendors /suppliers, gather and analyse required information

and recommends prospective vendors for approved vendor list.
- Prepare vendor contracts, logic note and negotiates with vendor for the most

competitive quote as per industrial standards.
- Request documents for vendor qualification from supplier to match requirement.
- Planning for Material and to ensure the entire required document ensuring that all

department purchasing and deliverables are undertaken in accordance with agreed schedules/milestones.
- Proactively involve in Purchasing processes, supplier selection and development to

support above.
- Obtains cost estimates, RFQ with different MOQ for Engineering store material,

from suppliers, OEM and service partners.
- Sourcing for the potential vendors /suppliers, gather and analyse required information

and recommends prospective vendors for management approval.
- Monitor and ensure all goods received meet specification and arrange replacement

from vendors shall there be any goods which is not meet requirement.
- Initiate for annual contract and open order for consume able and Engineering requirements
