The School Outreach Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with schools, engaging with principals, counsellors, coordinators, teachers and other key stakeholders, and promoting approved student and teacher engagement programmes.

The role will focus on developing school partnerships, generating qualified student leads, creating opportunities for application drives, and supporting the overall student admission journey through effective school outreach.

The position requires regular field visits and strong coordination with internal admissions and calling teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop relationships with schools and educational institutions across assigned locations.
- Plan and execute school outreach activities to build institutional engagement.
- Meet principals, counsellors, coordinators, teachers and other relevant school stakeholders.
- Present and promote approved student and teacher engagement programmes based on school requirements.
- Build strong and long-term relationships with schools and institutional stakeholders.
- Follow up with schools to secure participation in proposed programmes and activities.
- Promote programmes such as Career Guidance Sessions, Psychometric Tests, Virtual Counselling Sessions, JEE Practice Tests, Faculty Development Programmes and Certified Virtual Internship Programmes.
- Generate qualified student enquiries and leads through school engagement activities.
- Obtain school approvals for student engagement activities, promotional visibility and application drives.
- Collect and maintain accurate student and school contact information.




- Qualify student leads and coordinate their handover to the admissions/calling team.
- Support school-level application drives and student engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of approved school programmes and activities.
- Maintain accurate records of school visits, meetings, proposals, follow-ups, programmes and leads.
- Track outreach activities and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
- Ensure all school and student information is maintained accurately in the approved systems.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen school partnerships and increase student engagement and application opportunities.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in school outreach, education counselling, institutional sales, business development, field sales or a related area will be preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
- Positive presentation, negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to engage confidently with school management, counsellors, teachers and other stakeholders.
- Strong lead generation and follow-up capabilities.
- Comfortable with field-based work and regular travel.
- Good organisational, coordination and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams.
- Target-oriented, proactive and organised approach.
