Key Responsibilities

System Design & Architecture

- Design scalable and maintainable SCADA architectures using AVEVA System Platform
- Develop object-based architecture, templates, and standards
- Define system topology, redundancy, and data flow

Development & Implementation

- Configure InTouch HMI applications
- Develop graphics aligned with ISA 101 guidelines
- Implement alarm management strategy (priority, classification, suppression)
- Configure AVEVA Historian for data collection, optimization, and reporting
- Develop scripts (QuickScript / .NET) for automation logic

Integration

- Integrate SCADA with Siemens and Rockwell PLCs
- Configure communication through OPC, DA/UA, Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP
- Implement MES / ERP integration and database connectivity (SQL)

Project Execution & Leadership

- Lead SCADA project execution from design to commissioning
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and IT teams




- Ensure project timelines, quality, and documentation standards

Support & Troubleshooting

- Diagnose and resolve system issues (communication, data errors, performance)
- Monitor system health, optimize performance, and ensure uptime
- Support production systems and continuous improvements

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in:

o AVEVA System Platform (Application Server, Galaxy Repository)

o InTouch HMI (Up-to-date / Classic)

o AVEVA Historian

- Proven experience in SCADA architecture and deployment
- Integration experience with Siemens / Rockwell PLCs
- Strong knowledge of industrial protocols
- SQL/database experience
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skillset
