SAP SuccessFactors SME EC / RCM

Role: SuccessFactors Subject Matter Expert – Employee Central / Recruiting Management

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the functional SME for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Recruiting Management (RCM).
- Conduct requirement workshops, process walkthroughs, current-state assessments, gap analysis, and future-state design discussions.
- Translate business requirements into functional inputs for configuration, workflows, business rules, permissions, reporting, data fields, and integrations.
- Coordinate with HR, HR Operations, HR Technology, IT, Finance, Compliance, Shared Services, and other business teams.
- Liaise with implementation partners, vendors, integration teams, and third-party service providers.
- Support integration design and validation between SuccessFactors and upstream/downstream enterprise systems.
- Validate employee lifecycle events, organizational data, position/job data, recruitment data, approvals, workflows, and master data dependencies.
- Review configurations, assess impacts, evaluate change requests, and provide functional solution sign-off.
- Participate in SIT, UAT, defect triage, regression testing,



data reconciliation, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Prepare and review functional documentation, process maps, test scenarios, user guides, issue logs, and knowledge-transfer materials.
