About the Role

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with deep expertise in Employee Central (EC) and Time Off modules to drive complex HR digital transformation projects.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end implementation cycles, design core HR business processes, configure advanced leave/time models, and ensure seamless integration with regional payroll systems—specifically with a focus on Australia & Current Zealand (ANZ) compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Core Implementation: Drive end-to-end (E2E) implementation, configuration, and support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Time Off modules.
- Process & Business Architecture: Translate complex HR business requirements into scalable SuccessFactors configurations, data models, workflows, and business rules.
- Time Off & Leave Management: Design and maintain Time Account Types, Time Types, Accrual Rules, Proration, Period-End Processing, and Leave of Absence (LOA) processes aligned with country-specific policies.
- System Integrations:



Ensure smooth data flow and integration between EC, Time Off, RCM, ONB, and regional Payroll engines.
- Lifecycle & Maintenance: Lead data migration, validation, system refresh activities, bi-annual release updates, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Client Advisory: Conduct discovery sessions, map current vs. future state processes, and deliver industry best practices to global stakeholders.

Must-Have Qualifications

- Total Experience: 8–12 years overall in IT/SAP HR solutions.
- Relevant SF Experience: 7+ years of hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Certification: Active certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) .
- E2E Projects: Completed at least 2 full End-to-End implementations in Employee Central.
- Time Off Mastery: Hands-on experience configuring Time Off rules, holiday calendars, work schedules, accruals, and statutory leave policies.
- ANZ Exposure: Strong operational knowledge/experience with Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) payroll and leave compliance .

Nice-to-Have

- Proven track record leading customer discovery workshops and defining global HR target operating models.
- Experience integrating EC with non-SAP third-party payroll providers.
