Skill / Role: SAP SuccessFactors - Learning (LMS) / EC / PMGM / RCM / ONB

Years of Experience: 6+ Years Relevant in Success Factors

Mandatory Skills:

- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning Functional / EC / PMGM / RCM / ONB .
- Strong understanding of respective module and their implementation .
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of SCORM and AICC standards.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software development with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
- Relevant SAP certifications are a plus .
