SAP SAC Business Analyst

Location: Pune

Reporting To: Head – Business Process Management

We are looking for an experienced SAP SAC Business Analyst to drive the migration from SAP BW reporting to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and support data-driven business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead migration from SAP BW table-based reporting to SAP SAC story-based reporting.
- Develop SAC stories and dashboards for Logistics, Sales, Production, and Quality.
- Use AI-assisted analytics to identify business challenges and root causes.
- Work with stakeholders to define global KPIs and improve reporting capabilities.
- Align reporting migration with the SAP S/4HANA rollout strategy.
- Lead training initiatives and coordinate external consultants.




- Collaborate with Business Process and SAP teams for seamless integration.

Requirements

- Master’s degree in computer science, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SAC and related technologies.
- Good understanding of data modelling and visualization.
- Experience in change management and business transformation.
- Robust analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with international and multicultural teams.
