Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service (L2O) Consultant with solid expertise in SAP Service, SAP CRM Service processes, and end-to-end Service-to-Cash / Lead-to-Order processes.

The consultant will be responsible for design, development, deployment, testing, 3rd-level support, documentation, and business-user training as part of an Agile delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Design, Development, Deployment & 3rd-Level Support

- Design, develop, and deploy user stories as per the sprint plan.

- Provide 3rd-level support and resolve complex production issues.

- Analyze business requirements and design robust, scalable SAP solutions.

- Work on end-to-end S/4HANA Service implementations, from blueprinting and design through deployment.

- Configure and implement
- Service Order Management

- Service Contract Management

- In-House Repair

- Field Service processes

- Design seamless integration between S/4HANA Service and Sales processes, including lead/opportunity creation and management.

- Work on integrations between SAP and marketing platforms such as SAP Marketing Cloud / Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

- Work with middleware such as SAP Integration Suite (CPI) for SAP/non-SAP integrations.

- Support Service-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash processes to enable a unified customer journey.





- Configure and deploy relevant SAP Fiori applications.

- Handle data migration for service objects such as service contracts, equipment, and service orders.

2. Testing, Bug Fixing & Training
- Participate in Daily Scrum, Unit Testing, SIT and UAT.

- Perform defect analysis, troubleshooting, and bug fixing.

- Support key-user and business-user training.

- Follow Agile project management practices and SAP Activate methodology.

3. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation.

- Provide regular deliverable and project status reports.

- Maintain project-related documentation as per defined standards.

Must have required expertise(non-negotiable):

- Strong understanding of S/4HANA architecture and Fiori.

- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Service.

- Strong knowledge of Service-to-Cash (Service-to-Cash) and Order-to-Cash processes.

- Experience integrating SAP with Sales and Marketing platforms.





- Knowledge/hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite / CPI.

- Experience in service master and transactional data migration.

- Understanding of SAP Activate and Agile methodology.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Experience in Service-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash and Sales integration is required.

- Experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI) and SAP/non-SAP integrations is strongly preferred.

- Candidates should have hands-on exposure to testing, defect fixing, deployment and 3rd-level production support.

- Candidates must be comfortable working in an Agile/Sprint-based environment.
