About The Role We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Logistics Execution (LE) Consultant to support the design, implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization of end-to-end logistics and shipping processes.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to understand business requirements, translate them into scalable SAP solutions, and ensure successful delivery across inbound and outbound logistics processes.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP LE within S/4HANA , with good understanding of logistics execution, delivery processing, picking, packing, loading, goods issue, transportation, and integration with SD, MM, WM/EWM and TM .

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Logistics Execution (LE) processes.
- Design and implement inbound and outbound delivery processes.

- Loading and shipment processes

- Post Goods Issue (PGI)
- Goods Receipt and inbound logistics
- Transportation and shipment-related processes
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Work closely with SD, MM, WM/EWM and TM teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics processes.
- Understand and apply relevant S/4HANA simplifications and best practices.




- Work with SAP Fiori apps relevant to logistics execution and delivery management.
- Configure and support output management for logistics documents and processes.
- Prepare functional specifications for required developments and enhancements.
- Coordinate with ABAP/technical teams for custom developments, interfaces, reports, forms, and enhancements.
- Conduct functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and support UAT.
- Support cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post-production activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within agreed SLAs.
- Perform root-cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Support data migration, configuration validation, and business process testing where required.
- Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, test scripts, and user documentation.
- Participate in workshops with business users and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to optimize logistics processes and improve operational efficiency.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of overall SAP experience with strong hands-on experience in SAP Logistics Execution (LE).
- Strong experience working with SAP S/4HANA.
- Hands-on experience in inbound and outbound delivery processes.
- Strong knowledge of picking, packing, loading, PGI and goods receipt processes.




- Experience with SAP LE Shipping and Delivery Management.
- Good understanding of integration with SAP SD and MM.
- Working knowledge of WM/EWM and/or SAP TM integration.
- Experience with S/4HANA simplifications and new functionalities relevant to Logistics Execution.
- Experience with relevant SAP Fiori applications.
- Knowledge of S/4HANA Output Management.
- Experience preparing functional specifications and working with ABAP/technical teams.
- Solid experience in testing, defect resolution, cutover, go-live and production support.
- Must have participated in at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, or conversion project.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

- SAP S/4HANA certification in Logistics/LE/SD/related areas.
- Experience with SAP EWM or SAP TM.
- Experience with SAP Advanced Shipping and Receiving (ASR).
- Knowledge of Handling Unit Management and warehouse-related processes.
- Experience with integration/interfaces such as IDoc, APIs, EDI or middleware.
- Experience in global SAP implementations or multi-country rollouts.
- Experience working in Agile/SAP Activate methodology.
