Roles & Responsibilities

- Drive business value and continuous improvement of the Make to Stock (M2S) process in alignment with the overall process strategy.
- Lead and support the global implementation and standardization of M2S processes .
- Manage end-to-end M2S deployment activities during SAP rollout and implementation projects.
- Analyze business requirements and align process changes with user needs, standards, policies, and related processes.
- Support the development of M2S process roadmaps and initiatives to improve process maturity.
- Ensure sustainable implementation, adoption, and compliance with defined process standards.
- Drive digitalization and automation in Manufacturing-to-Supply processes.
- Support implementation of standardized Industry 4.0 solutions within manufacturing operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify improvement opportunities, and drive transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and implement efficient manufacturing and supply processes.
- Conduct user training and provide coaching on standardized SAP PP/M2S processes.




- Support change management activities during implementation and rollout programs.
- Work closely with global and cross-functional teams in an international environment.
- Provide functional expertise and support during S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and operational activities .

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6–8 years of relevant SAP PP experience .
- Strong hands-on experience in Make to Stock (M2S) processes.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects .
- Strong understanding of Manufacturing and Manufacturing-to-Supply processes .
- Experience working with manufacturing business processes in consulting or industry environments.
- Positive understanding of SAP PP integration with other relevant SAP modules.
- Experience in process standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Exposure to digitalization, automation, and Industry 4.0 initiatives is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in global/international teams is preferred.
- Candidates from Consumer Goods or Retail manufacturing environments will be preferred.
