SAP PLM Data Analyst

Location: Remote (European Time Zone 12.00PM -9.00PM)

The SAP PLM Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of product lifecycle management data within our SAP systems.

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented SAP PLM Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the health and reliability of our product data throughout its lifecycle within the SAP ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, IT, and other cross-functional teams to understand their data needs, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices for data governance.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with SAP PLM modules (e.g., SAP ECC, S/4HANA, ECTR, DMS).
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management concepts and processes.




- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with data migration, data cleansing, and data validation methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment.
- Experience with SQL or other database query languages is a plus.
- This role requires the candidate to work CET working hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain master data within SAP PLM modules (e.g., MBaterial Master, BOMs, Routings, Engineering Change Management).
- Perform data analysis, validation, and cleansing to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of PLM data.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams to define data requirements and implement data migration strategies.
- Develop and generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into PLM data quality and key performance indicators.
- Support users with data-related inquiries, training, and troubleshooting issues within the SAP PLM environment.
- Participate in SAP PLM system enhancements, testing, and go-live activities.
- Ensure adherence to data governance policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in PLM data management.
