Role Description This is a full time hybrid role for a SAP MES Consultant based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The consultant will design, configure, and implement SAP MES solutions aligned with manufacturing and business process requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing client requirements, mapping processes to SAP MES functionalities, and managing master data and system integration with ERP and related platforms.





The role involves preparing functional and technical documentation, supporting testing activities, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth deployment and stabilization. The consultant will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, provide user training and post-go-live support, and contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to understand complex manufacturing and business processes, identify gaps, and propose effective SAP MES solutions.
- Consulting experience in SAP or MES environments, including requirement gathering, stakeholder communication, and solution presentation.
- Hands-on expertise in business process design and optimization, particularly in manufacturing, ERP, and shop-floor operations.
- Proficiency in managing master data and ensuring data consistency and quality across SAP MES and integrated enterprise systems.
- Experience with system integration between SAP MES, SAP ERP, and related applications, including interfaces and data flows.
- Practical experience with SAP MES or similar manufacturing execution systems; exposure to Hypersoft’s target industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
- Ability to work in hybrid teams, manage multiple priorities, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
