Eligibility Criteria

- 6-10 years of overall SAP experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP IS-U FICA.
- Experience in AMS/Production Support projects.

- Strong knowledge of
- Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable (FICA)

- Payment Processing

- Dunning
- Clearing & Returns

- Account Determination

- SAP FI Integration
- Experience in incident management, problem management, and ticket handling.
- Exposure to ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
- Valuable understanding of Utilities industry processes.
- Experience in system enhancements, testing, and support activities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
