Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead SAP ICM solution design and configuration for incentive and commission calculation, eligibility, and payout processing.

- Gather and analyze business requirements from sales, finance, and operations teams; map requirements to SAP ICM capabilities and configuration.

- Support integration of SAP ICM with relevant SAP and enterprise systems, including data flows required for incentive calculation and settlement.

- Develop and execute test plans, perform functional testing, and support defect resolution through UAT and go-live.

- Provide post go-live support, including issue triage, enhancements, and continuous improvement of incentive/commission processes.

Skills Required:

- 6 - 8 years of SAP consulting experience with SAP ICM delivery exposure





- SAP Incentive and Commission Management (ICM) configuration and functional expertise

- Incentive and commission calculation, settlement, and payout process understanding within SAP ICM

- Ability to troubleshoot calculation outcomes and ensure data accuracy and auditability

- Experience supporting testing, cutover, and operational readiness for SAP ICM releases

Valuable to Have

- SAP ABAP for enhancements, reports, or integration support

- SAP S/4HANA exposure for landscape and integration alignment

- SAP Finance knowledge to align incentive/commission settlement with financial processes

Education:

Relevant degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
