Immediate/Early Joiners Preferred (Location : Pune & Bangalore (hybrid model)

We are looking for an SAP HCM ESS/MSS Specialist with strong expertise in Employee Self Service (ESS), Manager Self Service (MSS), SAP Enterprise Portal and Web Dynpro ABAP for our client.

The role involves production support, incident/problem management, consulting and implementation of ESS/MSS solutions integrated with SAP HCM, including complex and legacy applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP HCM ESS/MSS applications and resolve incidents raised by users and HR Key Users.
- Analyse, troubleshoot, debug and enhance ESS/MSS and Web Dynpro ABAP applications.
- Configure and customise ESS/MSS applications based on business requirements.
- Create and maintain launchpad entries, applications and ESS/MSS processes.
- Support and administer SAP Enterprise Portal / SAP NetWeaver Gateway.
- Manage roles, authorisations, SSO/authentication and access-related issues.
- Perform error analysis, root-cause analysis and problem management.
- Implement new ESS/MSS applications and enhancements in conjunction with SAP HCM.
- Work on SAP Workflow Management and workflow-related issues.
- Perform modifications/adaptations of relevant customising tables.
- Provide functional/technical consulting to HR stakeholders and key users.
- Work within an ITIL-oriented production support environment.

Must-Have Skills




- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM ESS/MSS.
- Strong knowledge of ESS/MSS applications integrated with SAP HCM.
- Hands-on experience with Web Dynpro ABAP applications.
- Solid experience in SAP Enterprise Portal / SAP NetWeaver Gateway.
- Experience with roles, authorisations, SSO and authentication.
- Experience in ESS/MSS customisation, administration and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge/experience in SAP Workflow Management.
- Basic knowledge of SAP HCM PA (Personnel Administration) and OM (Organisational Management).
- Experience in production support, incident management and problem resolution.

Good to Have
- ITIL-based support experience.
- Experience working with large, complex or location-specific legacy ESS/MSS landscapes.
- Experience in requirement analysis and implementation of new ESS/MSS processes.
